Are your products handmade?

Yes! Every KaliT317 product is handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency.

 

Do you use natural ingredients?

Yes! Each product is thoughtfully blended using pre-made professional bases combined with natural oils, butters, and fragrance blends. This approach allows us to maintain quality, consistency, and safety while still highlighting the benefits of natural ingredients in every batch.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, and shipping typically takes 2–4 business days across the U.S. via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package ships.

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States, but we hope to expand in the future.

 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll review your request and process a refund or replacement.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the personal nature of our products, returns are accepted only for unopened, unused items. Exchanges are possible upon request once the item is returned.

 

How should I store my products?

Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Note: Each product includes a preservative to help prevent the growth of mold and other undesirables in the event water is introduced to the product. Because of the nature and possible placement of our items, this is a precautionary step we take consistently to ensure product safety.
However, if at all possible, try to keep unnecessary items away from showers and baths to extend product life and maintain freshness.

 

Can I pick up my order locally?

At this time, we do not offer local pickup — but we’re exploring this option for future launches!
